LOS ANGELES, CA – Inglewood has become the fastest growing artist community in Los Angeles and for the Sixth year, an increasingly large collection of Inglewood artists will open their studios to the public the weekend of November 10- 11th, 2012 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm both days during the Sixth annual Inglewood Open Studios tour.

The event, hosted by Inglewood artists and nonprofit Inglewood Cultural Arts (ICA), will allow visitors to personally tour the studios of established and emerging artists working in drawing, painting, sculpture, mixed-media, photography, print making, installation, video and performance. As the starting point for the tour, Inglewood Open Studios will feature a Group Show, which includes work by all participating tour artists, at Beacon Arts Building on Saturday, November 10th and November 11th, 2012. An opening reception for the Group Show will be held Friday November 9th from 6-10pm. Beacon Arts Building is located at 808 N. La Brea, Inglewood CA 90302.
